fix(ui): replace hardcoded v9.5 in sidebar with dynamic APP_VERSION

Sidebar was still showing v9.5. Now imports APP_VERSION from
@/lib/version.ts like Settings and About pages. Also ignore
stale fleet-dashboard.png screenshot.
